Using blockchain can be daunting, especially for novice users. Justin Pauly understands this, and through VX Technologies, he is making blockchain easier to use. As he told CoinGeek Backstage, he believes the company is playing its part in making BSV the global standard.

Pauly, the president and co-founder of VX Technologies, talked to CoinGeek’s Becky Liggero on the sidelines of the BSV Global Blockchain Convention. At the event, he gave a presentation titled ‘Trust but Verify Everything,’ delving into how the massively scaling BSV blockchain offers a new way to store data and then harnesses that power to deliver solutions.

As he told CoinGeek Backstage, his company has rebranded into VX Technologies as its suite of products expanded beyond VX PASS, its flagship medical record program. It has since then added VX ACHIEVE, which caters to students and professionals by providing verification of course completion and accomplishments. It also has VX CRED, which offers verified credentials, as well as VX VERIFY, which allows users to quickly verify record authenticity with QR codes at no cost.

The latest product by the company is VXLock, a product that, as Pauly explained, the firm has been using internally “as a sales tool to demystify blockchain and allow people to get into the technology with a simple text box.”

“We’re really excited because it’s been so beneficial to us and we wanted to make sure that the rest of the community had the opportunity to change the conversation in a minute. Hopefully, we can onboard everyone and we can get BSV moving to where it should be as the global standard,” he said.

VXLock targets users who have kept off blockchain, believing it’s too complicated for them. Once they try out something simple powered by blockchain, the users can’t get enough and want to expand to other more sophisticated uses.

With the BSV Global Blockchain Convention held in Dubai, Pauly acknowledged the energy that the city has with blockchain.

“The energy level is through the roof here. [The city has] a new audience that’s much more vibrant and engaged—that’s what we really love to see. We’ve really enjoyed our time here,” he concluded.
